We live in a crazy world and relaxation is either hard to find or too expensive. If you need a little peace at the end of your day, nightly yoga with, Kristi Bult of Every Heart Yoga, LLC in Lake Charles may be the answer. Before you shrug this off, you need to know that there are tremendous health benefits to yoga.

We all need a moment to relax and breathe. It doesn't matter how old or young you are if you're male or female. It doesn't matter if you can't physically bend, do all the lunges or stretches at first. Just do whatever you can do, because you will eventually be able to do everything if you stick with it. Yoga is not a competition, it's about gentle movements that help to reduce stress, manage your mental wellness, learn how to release negative energy and increase physical energy. According to John Hopkins Medicine the

Monday, June 5: 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Monday, June 26: 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Monday, July 10: 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm

All classes are open to adults and will be held in the Thielen Room, located on the second floor of Central Library. You may take one class or all three. All you need is a big towel or a yoga mat to get started.
