When it comes down to health. This is not something that anyone should play with. All we have to do is take small steps like eating a little less. Taking steps to workout, this would include walking and running. You would also do yourself a favor at simply taking it slow and working your way up.


When the man in the video first went viral. Everyone was in amazement at how a man could workout like he does. We all knew that he was a little older then some of his peers, but he was doing things that some guys more then half his age couldn't do. He has returned with a newfound fame


This video is motivation for anyone looking to make a physical change within themselves and getting their life back. I have been on a health journey for several years now and all I can say is it doesn't happen overnight. You have to want to do it and even more then that is you have to be ready.
