So after we did the CD Drive today at the station Chilli and I decided to go out and grab a little grub for a great job done. What's crazy is while we were going there, we actually witnessed a car accident right in front of us. What's wild is the fact that the car in the right lane was merging over into the left lane and somebody wasn't paying attention as the collision happened.

We jumped to the next lane and avoided being involved, but went ahead to the spot to get our grub on. After about minute or so we finished and headed back to work or at least that was the plan. As we were coming up on Ryan street not far from Reeves catering, we saw a figure come out into the street. He really came from no where and we were both kinda taken by surprised. It seemed as if the more we tried to pass, the further he came out into the road only to notice that it was a policemen.

I have always been leary of being pulled over during the holidays, because you are rarely going to avoid a ticket. And wouldn't you know it, he had one ready for me. Now I will admit that I was speeding and maybe I wasn't paying attention. What got me was the time that he had me pulled over and getting my information, there were other cars on the same strip that was passing by and going faster then I was. But  I do feel like he was kind of hidden on the side and I don't feel like I was properly warned as I did not see him at all. I also don't agree with the fact that he was basically in the middle of the road and it could have turned out worse then it did. While this was a little bit of a downer after the day that we had today. The ticket is now in the glove compartment, but will be dealt with when I return.

I say that to say that like Facebook friends the law is lurking and you could potentially be next. We all know spending extra money over the holidays is not something that anyone wants to do. But  I am going to look at this as there has to be some bigger things on the way because this has not been the best month for me. Be careful out there on the road and please have a safe Christmas on Friday with your loved ones.
