It looks like Irv Gotti's plan to relaunch Murder Inc. is in full effect. This past weekend, Gotti used his Instagram account to announce his label's partnership with Lyor Cohen's 300 Entertainment, home to Fetty Wap, Tee Grizzley, Young Thug and more.

"Me. Lyor Cohen and Kevin Liles. Back at it again. Everyone get ready for some dope music. And everyone get ready for TALES. June 27th. On BET. Everything I am about to give to the world is dope. Believe In It!! #murderinc #visionaryideas #tales #comingjune27th #boogiiebyrd #fittedcircle," Gotti wrote in the caption for the post, which includes an image of the Murder Inc. and 300 Entertainment logos juxtaposed.

In another Instagram post, Gotti reveals he's signed Boogiie Byrd and a duo by the name of Fitted Circle, two acts from Washington, D.C. and St. Louis, respectively. Both acts pose with Gotti in the image attached to the post.

Neither Irv nor the folks at 300 Entertainment have revealed the specifics of this purported arrangement, but it's very possible Irv secured his Murder Inc. label some sort of distribution deal.

Forming an alliance with 300 Entertainment could be a major step in the right direction for Gotti, whose label—which included chart-topping acts like Ja Rule and Ashanti—once reigned as one of the most successful imprints in the music industry before its alleged connections to drug lord Kenneth "Supreme" McGriff led the feds to its doorstep.

When he first announced the relaunch of Murder Inc. through Instagram, Gotti reflected on the struggles he faced following the explosive end of his record label years ago. In the post, he also explained that he's been a good sport.

"While I had to regroup from the Feds coming after me. Had to plot and plan and fall back while I watched everyone else eat. I watched gracefully. I applauded and congratulated everyone who deserved it," he said in the post.
