Last year we reported that the new neighborhood in East Lake Charles called Morganfield was starting a music concert series. They had some great talent last year and the popular concert series is back for another year.

The Morganfield subdivision and neighborhood is on East McNeese East of Highway 14 in Lake Charles. It is a beautiful area with many new homes, lakes, and a golf course.

You may not have known but Mallard Cove Golf Course moved from its old location by Chenault airport and relocated and built a new course on East McNeese Street by Morganfield.

Coming up Thursday, March 21st, 2024, the Music at Morganfield concert series will get underway with a local Lake Charles boy who has been touring all over Louisiana and other parts of the United States.
