We're just a little over a week away from getting our ears on JAY-Z's new 4:44 album on June 30, and it looks like there could be some new visuals to go along with it. According to released photos from onlookers, the veteran rapper is reportedly filming a new music video in Brooklyn, which was set up near Marcy Projects, where he originally grew up.

According to Revolt TV, the film crew set up the shoot on the corner of Park Avenue and Nostrand Avenue, where some new music from the Roc Nation head was playing in the background. Unfortunately for fans who tried to get a glimpse at Jay, the MC did not appear to be in attendance, which could mean that the video will tell a story without him in the visuals, or they are simply getting b-roll footage. Revolt reports that there was a minimal production set up for the shoot, which did shut down the block for filming.

"Jay Z apparently had the block shut down since last night filming a video in Marcy. #444," Revolt wrote on social media.

Fans are currently awaiting Jay's new album to drop on June 30 next week after a slew of mysterious 4:44 advertisements have been hitting multiple cities across the country. The project will be released exclusively to Tidal and Sprint users as part of the two brands' recent partnership.
