Kanye West And Kim Kardashian Sue YouTube CEO For Leaking Proposal Video — Tha Wire [VIDEO]
Kanye West’s first solo tour in five years has come to a screeching hault. The rapper’s publicist released a statement announcing that three upcoming shows have been postponed.
That means fans in Vancouver, Denver, and Minneapolis will have to wait on further notice as to when Ye is gonna be making up those dates. What’s the delay? Thanks to a bus accident that took place Wednesday a custom-made video truss and 60-ft circular LED screen was damaged. Because these items were a big part of Kanye’s Yeezus tour, the rapper is forced to shut things down until there’re repaired.
Kanye’s publicist released the following statement:
Yesterday, on the road to Vancouver, a truck carrying The Yeezus Tour’s custom-made video truss and 60-ft circular LED screen was in an accident that damaged the gear beyond repair. This gear is central to the staging of The Yeezus Tour, and central to the creative vision put forth by Kanye West and his design team at DONDA. As a result of this event, it is impossible to put on the show and The Yeezus Tour will be postponed until these essential pieces can be reengineered and refabricated. Kanye West will not compromise on bringing the show, as it was originally envisioned and designed, to his fans. The Vancouver, Denver and Minneapolis dates have been postponed. Further details on the affected tour dates will be announced shortly.
Speaking of Kanye, he and Kim are suing YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley for leaking footage of Kanye West’s wedding proposal.
The suit alleges that everyone in attendance at San Francisco’s AT&T Park, including Chad Hurley, signed confidentiality agreements stipulating they would not release any details about the event. By the way Hurley, was not invited, he was actually the guest of someone who was. He was also photographed holding the confidentiality agreement.

Ne-Yo is getting no love from a New York restaurant after he allegedly ran out on a bill and left no tip.
The New York Daily News reports the R&B singer came to Negril in Manhattan’s West Village to dine earlier this month, ate, partied with a group of 10 people and drank. When it was all said and done, the singer allegedly rang up an $800 bill. When it came time to pay-up, Neyo allegedly walked out on the tab and on top of that didn’t even leave a tip.
An on looker says he was there the entire time and described to the Daily News-
“We had a Monday Night Football thing, the Giants were in, too, and Ne-Yo came in with [road manager] Jayvon Smith, a group of girls, some guys and a bodyguard. He was ordering all this stuff and he kept asking people what they want, and kept the drinks coming.
The eyewitness continued, “The waitress was really sweet, she even helped his bodyguard, who sat at the bar while the group ate. She’s smiling like she’s going to get a good tip and she ends up looking for him after no one paid the bill.”
Listen to Tha Wire below and find out what allegedly happened when the restaurant manager got involved. This isn’t a good look for Ne-Yo who, ironically, released an album called ‘Year of the Gentleman.’ Reps for Ne-Yo had no comment on the matter. At least for now and on this I’ll keep you posted.
