It looks like Kanye West's got another joint project coming down the pipeline, and it's not Watch the Throne 2 and it doesn't have anything to do with Kid Cudi.

On Monday afternoon (Nov. 18), 'Ye used his Twitter account to announce Jesus Is King Part II, which will feature Dr. Dre. "Ye and Dre Jesus is King Part II coming soon," Yeezy wrote in the tweet, which includes an image of himself and the good doctor in the studio. For his part, Dre posted an identical message to his Instagram account.

Kanye didn't offer much in the way of details—the above sentence is all he said—so it's hard to know the capacity in which Dre will be contributing to this project. Being that he's known as one rap's most successful producer-rappers, there's a chance he steps behind the microphone for whatever this project is. Then again, it's equally likely he just works with 'Ye behind the boards. We'll have to wait and see to find out.

Jesus Is King Part II would be a sequel to Kanye's Jesus Is King, a gospel-tinged LP he released just last month. The LP's gotten mixed reviews, but it did debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart. In other words, it was another win for 'Ye, who recently announced that he'd be embarking on his Jesus Is King Tour pretty soon.

This news arrives one day after Kanye hit up Houston to attend Pastor Joel Osteen's Sunday Service. While speaking to the congregation, Kanye defended Osteen against those who'd deem his worship of God to be excessive.

"There's a lot of people in the Christian community that try to give Joel a hard time because when you turn on the radio, he just keeps telling you how good God is," Kanye said at the time.
