Keyshia Cole Drops New Song ‘Best Friend’ [LISTEN]

Gearing up for the release of her upcoming album 11:11 Reset, Keyshia Cole returns with her latest single, "Best Friend."

The emotional song finds Cole thinking about a future relationship, as she sings, "I would you be your best friend/Be there late at night, when you’re walking in/Be there in the morning when you open your eyes /I’ll be by your side.”

Earlier this year during a concert, the singer spoke about the song and what inspired her to write it. “I wrote this record because I was asking myself, ‘What the hell do I need? What am I really looking for?'” she said. “So I wrote this song called ‘Best Friend.'”
