Lake Charles Ward 3 Fitness Extravaganza/Health Fair

Time to shed those holiday pounds & get back in shape!  Don't miss the 4th Annual Ward 3 Fitness Extravaganza at the Power Center gym this Tues. at 5:30 p.m.

The holiday's are over and it's time to get back into shape and work-off the extra pounds from all that holiday eating. Don't miss the 4th Annual Fitness Extravaganza/Health Fair at Lake Charles Ward 3 Recreation Power Center, at 3210 Power Centre Parkway, Tuesday January 6th from 5:30 pm - 8 pm.

This FREE event for the entire family and will take place on World Health Day.  Remember your never to young and old to get healthy.  There will be various vendors from around the area, food and refreshments will be served.  This is a Health Fair as well and your opportunity to have various free screenings from health professionals in the area.  So join in on all the fun.

Plus, learn what fitness and health classes are being offered at Lake Charles Ward 3 Recreation.  The 4th Annual Fitness Extravaganza is a a chance to meet the instructors of each class and either watch or join-in as each of them gives you a 10 to 15 minute presentation on what you can expect when you take the class.

At Lake Charles Ward 3 Recreation, there's something for every age and level of fitness from beginners to advanced.  The Power Center location  has a state-of-the-art gym and weight room, with a huge expansion on the way that will include an aquatic center, tennis & basketball complex and much more. All Ward 3 locations offer various fitness classes like Yoga, Pilates, Zumba by Daniel, Spin Class by Scott , Physical Training/PT-30 by Julie, Step Aerobics Class, Zydeco Aerobics, Low Impact Aerobics and so much more!
