It's that time again folks.  You know, it's time to start the good ol New Years resolution workout.  Everyone is looking to get fit...at least for the first two months of year.  Some of us do shakes or smoothies, rather than bacon and eggs in the morning.  Then others eat salad, instead of fries and a burger.
