Lil Durk has been granted a $250,000 bond in the criminal attempt to commit murder case he's facing.

On Thursday (June 20), WSB-TV 2 reports Durk can't be anywhere near a weapon during his time out on bond. The rapper will also have a curfew that requires him to be in the house from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. every night, and he is barred from any witness intimidation.

As previously reported, Durk is accused of being involved in a Feb. 5 shooting at The Varsity restaurant in Atlanta, where one man suffered non-life threatening bullet wounds. Police allege that the rapper was seen on video firing a weapon, and have charged him and his co-defendant with criminal attempt to commit murder, aggravated assault (shooting at), unlawful for person employed by/associated with criminal street gang to conduct/participate in criminal gang activity, possession of firearm during commission of a felony and possession of firearm by convicted felon.

As part of their argument, prosecutors claim Durk and his co-defendant, King Von, are members of a gang in Chicago and that they targeted the victim because he had $30,000 on him, a chain and a nice car.

Durk has continued to maintain his innocence, telling news outlets late last month, "I have nothing to hide. I have nothing to run from."
