Makeup artist Samantha Ravndahl is suing the iconic femcee for allegedly swiping her personal photo and using it as cover artwork to promote the track without her permission. Ravndahl is suing for copyright infringement and looking to cop $150,000 for the image.

Ravndahl posted a photo of herself in makeup that she called "Glam Zombie" to Instagram in last year in October. And according to reports, one of her Instagram followers told the makeup artist that her photo had appeared on Lil' Kim's Instagram account.  Since then it's been taken down, but can it seen in this screen grab.  No comment has been issued from Kim’s camp on the matter yet.

In other news in an update on Jeezy’s second arrest Tuesday (Jan. 21), the rapper is now speaking out and says the arresting officers were out of line in the way they handled him.  Jeezy says  that Alpharetta police  treated him poorly because he’s a rapper.   TMZ reports that a panic alarm was pressed and that’s what brought the police to the scene. When cops arrived they found him and his girlfriend in the mist of a verbal dispute.

Witnesses told TMZ that authorities said, “Oh, you’re Jeezy the rapper,” and proceeded to treat him like a criminal, withholding his phone call and searching his house with no reason.  However, police feel they were justified in their treatment, because the rapper allegedly struggled when he was being handcuffed and made outbursts like, “F— you, I ain't telling you,” when they asked for his ID.

As far as his previous arrest involving his son his team issued the following statement:

“Jay Jenkins, better known as rapper Young Jeezy, was recently made aware of charges in Atlanta, GA. Contrary to reports, Mr. Jenkins presented himself to address these charges.  We have no doubt this matter will resolve itself appropriately.  At this moment, Mr. Jenkins is thankful for the support of his fans and the respect for his family’s privacy.”
