I'm sure that Kelly Rowland is not jumping the gun just yet, but I am sure she is enjoying the success of having a number one record of her own. "Motivation has been one of the hottest records this year, taking off out the gate!

Kelly Rowland's days of playing "Robin" to Beyonce's "Batman" seem to be coming to an end as she tears up the charts with her latest solo and #1 hit "Motivation."

Now a judge on the UK's X Factor, and her follow up single "Lay It On Me" with Big Sean taking off as well, her third solo album, aptly titled Here I Am, is set to be released on July 26 as she prepares her reign.
