Ralo has been quiet on social media for a few days as it appears the rapper was recently arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit a felony in Georgia.

While details of the charge are scarce right now, the DeKalb County website shows the rapper, real name Terrell Davis, was booked on Sunday (April 15) around 8 a.m. and appears to be being held without bond.

According to 11Alive News, DeKalb County Police would not elaborate on the charge but did say the case against the rapper had been turned over to the ATF by their Narcotics Unit. Now that the case is federal, police said the conspiracy charge filed by their department was dropped.

This arrest is Ralo's second time running into issues with the law this year. In February, the rapper was pulled over for driving with a suspended license in Georgia. Following the incident, the Diary of the Streets 3 artist offered his side of the story, which he claims happened on his birthday.

"Young, Black, Smart, Rich, an Muslim," Ralo wrote in the caption for an Instagram post. "#1 most hated type of guy in this country. On my birthday i was pulled over due to cancellation of registration."

The rapper then gave a quick rundown of the law, writing, "GA law states that on day of your birthday you have to renew your registration. 2) In their computer system my license was suspended. 3) I didn’t have proof of insurance. My bond was paid b4 i walked in the jail. Kristie made sure of that."

Ralo's latest project, Diary of the Streets 3, dropped on Feb. 9. The 17-track record is heavy on guest appearances, featuring guest spots from Young Thug, YoungBoy Never Broke Again, Gucci Mane, Hoodrich Pablo Juan and YFN Lucci on the song "Dream Last Night."
