Trouble is brewing in Texas over the control of Pimp C’s estate, because the late rapper's son, Chad Butler Jr., isn’t happy with the way it’s being managed.

According to AllHipHop, a lawyer for Chad Butler Jr. filed court documents in Jefferson County, Texas, seeking to name Wyatt D. Snider as executor over his late father’s estate.

Pimp C’s wife, Chinara Butler, was appointed as sole administrator over his estate in 2008, and in 2010 was removed because of allegations of mismanagement of the estate's assets and finances, including $150,000 worth of jewelry. Fred Theobold was named temporary administrator shortly after, but resigned in June of 2010 for unspecified reasons. A month later, Chinara was then reappointed as administrator over her late husband's estate.

Chad Jr. now claims the estate has failed to produce or maintain any meaningful financial records, and it’s been an issue for several years now, as the estate is reportedly due thousands of dollars in revenue, said AHH.

Pimp C reportedly did not leave behind a will when he died on December 4, 2007 in a Los Angeles hotel room from an accidental overdose of prescription cough medicine along with his existing sleep apnea.
