Rihanna Makes History Becoming The First Brand Ambassador For Dior

Today in Tha Wire need a new pair of sunnies for 2016? Rihanna just created her first pair of sun glasses for the iconic designer brand Dior. Right about now girlfriend is on top of the world. Her music career couldn't be better. Her new album, Anti, went #1 in three countries, certified platinum two days after it dropped, plus is was just named Billboard's Top R&B Album. If that's not enough her Anti World Tour is blowing out the box office everywhere it stops. Travis Scott joined the tour for the U.S. leg, which just wrapped-up. Starting in June RiRi will take her Anti production to Europe, where she'll be joined by Big Sean. So life is good for the princess of Roc Nation.

On the business side, Badglariri is making some power moves and major coins. Last year Rihanna became the first African American rep for Dior and this year, she made history again becoming their first Brand Ambassador of Style. Being the true fashionista she is, the singer wasted no time and created some futuristic eye wear just in time for summer 2016. According to reports, she used LeVar Burton's, Star Trek character La Forge and his space-age visors as inspiration for her design. Coming in June fans and label fiends everywhere can cop her designer sunglasses called, Rihanna.

Of course the R&B songstress was more than happy to model a pair on Intstagram, including the caption, "When you reppin da PHUCK out yo own shit!!!" The new shades from RiRi will come in six colors, but be prepared they're retail price is $840. However if like, gold everythang, you can be on "Fleak" with the 24-karat, gold plated version for a mere $1,950!
