Seth Rogen returns with a brand new movie to kick off the summer right. We all laughed like crazy when he came out with "Neighbors" along with Actor Zac Efron. Well obviously the box office spoke volumes because he is back with another smash for the summer.

They are returning with "Neighbors 2". This time around they are getting flack from a few sorority girls who have moved next door. The trailer starts off as something totally different, but once you see it. You know exactly where it's going.

Seth Rogen is definately that guy when you need a classic comedy. He killed it in "Knocked Up" and so many more and I think this is one that is going to be another one for the books. While we all thought it was all over, It is back and you can believe that the followers will be happy.
