Shelter Floods In Port Arthur, Evacuees Retreat To Bleachers [PHOTOS]
This is the scene this morning from a shelter in Port Arthur, Texas.
Water is rising in the Bob Bowers Civic Center, where evacuees are housed. Now, they are waiting to be relocated to another shelter.
As the water started to enter the civic center, people picked up their belongings and retreated to the bleachers.
Haven't these poor people been through enough? Let's continue to pray for all of those affected by Hurricane Harvey.
