Shocking: Father Finds Son Outside By Trash After Mother Abused Him [VIDEO, NSFW]

According to WSHH, a father in Wilkinsburg, Pennsylvania found his 11-month-old son outside by the garbage, after the child’s mother allegedly beat him.  The mother is facing charges after police were called to the home in reference to a domestic disturbance, where they found the baby boy with injuries to his head and face.  Reportedly, the child's mother, Dalishia Salter, is being charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
