R&B singer/producer The-Dream has found himself on the other side of the law.  According to TMZ, the New York’s finest wants to have a word with him in regard with a domestic dispute that took place last year.

TMZ reports, the NYPD wants to question The Dream about an alleged attack on his ex-girlfriend Lydia Nam.  Apparently, the two got into a heated argument around this time in April of last year.  Nam is from Canada and was six months pregnant with their child at the time of the incident.  She is accusing the singer of punching, kicking and strangling her during their confrontation.

So far it’s unclear is she needed medical attention, but the alleged incident took place at The Plaza hotel on Fifth Avenue.  For some reason though, Nam didn't file a police report until November 2013 according to a law enforcement source.

Finally, move over Magic Johnson, Diddy and Rick Ross want to buy the Los Angeles Clippers.  Everybody on the planet knows by now, new NBA commissioner Adam Silver handed down a lifetime ban to Donald Sterling after audio of his racist comments found its way online last week. Silver fined Sterling $2.5 million, the maximum amount allowed by the league.

F.Y.I. the 81-year old is worth $1.9 billion. Additionally, he is no longer allowed to attend any NBA games.  And in spite of Sterling saying he will never sell the team, more than likely he'll be forced to sell the team he bought more than three decades ago for $12 million.
