Splash Into Summer! Lake Charles Splash Pad’s back

Just in time for the rising temps, the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury is excited to announce that the Prien Lake Park splash pad will officially open for the season on Thursday, May 15. Located at 3700 West Prien Lake Road, Prien Lake Park offers a vibrant and scenic outdoor space, perfect for a fun family outing. The park is open daily from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. and features walking trails, playgrounds, picnic shelters, and beautiful waterfront views in addition to the splash pad.

Look for the gives, 10 splash pad will also be opening soon. While an official date has not yet been announced, updates will be shared as soon as they are available. Residents are encouraged to check the parish website and follow official social media pages for real-time announcements.
