According to Fox Dallas-Fort Worth Woolridge was arrested because she was in direct violation of a gag order surrounding their divorce.  The two were married for 16 years before their marriage ended in divorce in 2005.  To make matters worse, Harvey and Woolridge were embroiled in a bitter custody battle over their 16-year old son, in which Harvey prevailed.

Under the circumstances Ms. Woolridge is bitter and when Fox Dallas-Fort Worth asked her how she felt about losing custody of her son she replied, “Am I angry? Yes. I missed six years of my son’s life and I can’t get those years back.”  Here's a look at the the videos.

As for the videos Ms. Woolridge posted, Steve Harvey's attorney says they "contain false, misleading, derogatory, defamatory, disparaging and malicious information about Mr. Harvey, his wife, and children.  Here's Steve's response to his ex-wife's claims.

By the way, Marjorie Harvey doesn't take too kindly to being called "the other woman." The philanthropist and mom of three has retained a lawyer and is considering suing for slander.  Mrs. Harvey's attorney said at press time "The posting is nothing more than a sad attempt by Mary to make herself relevant in the eyes of the media. Now that the publicity splash is over, Mrs. Harvey looks forward to making her case in court."

Marjorie Harvey followed that up with the following statement, "As a wife and a mother I cannot stand back and allow the defamation of my character or actions that will malign my family. So I will do what I need to do to the greatest extent of the law."

Meanwhile, it is being reported that Mary Woolridge is still in police custody and is set to be released from jail on January 17.  Meanwhile, her alleged and former assistant called into the Ricky Smiley Morning show and this is how that went down.
