Stroll And Roll Comes To Lake Charles In Support Of Keeping Our Babies Safe [VIDEO]
Imagine having your child in the care of someone you trust and later receiving the news that you will never see that child alive again. This is exactly what happened to Arica Reed on last year. This is what inspired her to spearhead the Stroll And Roll event. This event is geared toward bringing awareness to situations like this and working to make sure this does not happen again.
The United Way of Southwest Louisiana presents Stroll & Roll the Safe Sleep Awareness Walk at the Lake Charles Civic Center on Saturday May 30th at 8 am. You can get more details here. This event is dedicated to the memory of Kaden Reed who is the now deceased son of Arica Reed. She stopped by the afternoon jumpoff to talk about what inspired her to be apart of this cause.
