The final movie screenings will pay tribute to a renowned animator, art director, storyboard artist, and production designer who happens to be from Lake Charles. Save the date! Saturday, July 10, will be extra special as its feature presentation was written and directed by the late Ralph Eggleston, a Southwest Louisiana native.

Born in Lake Charles, Louisiana, Eggleston set out to become an animator, attending the California Institute of the Arts. In 1983, he landed his dream job with Pixar. Throughout his career, he's worked on projects with Steven Spielberg, Kroyer Films, and Walt Disney Animation Studios.
