From the duo who gave us "Get Your Roll On", "Still Fly", and "#1 Stunna", Birdman and Mannie Fresh are back together as the Big Tymers for "Designer Caskets".
According to All Hip Hop, the Big Tymers reunion is currently on pause. According to Mannie Fresh, nothing will be official until the business is handled.
The platinum producer told MTV,
“Facts and figures. That’s where we at right now...
On the heel's of lot's of talk of a Big Tymers reunion with Drake and Lil Wayne included, and now presumably the involvement of the original half of the Big Tymers himself Mannie Fresh, we've heard what Birdman and Mannie have had to say about it respectfully, as well as Lil Wayne, but we haven't got Drake's opinion on the possible project.
Rapper and now radio host Trae Tha Truth sat down with his fellow Hustle Gang member T.I. and comedian Lil Duval for Banned Radio, where they all discussed how they felt about the "Big Tymers" reunion without Mannie Fresh. Duval even cracked jokes on Birdman and said no one wants to hear Baby rap, he even went as far to say, "that's when you go get yourself a drink at the club"
Today (May 15) super producer Mannie Fresh skyped Sway Calloway of MTV's RapFix to express his feelings about talks of a new Big Tymers album coming soon with Birdman, Lil Wayne, Drake, and No Mannie Fresh.
Well, as I figured, the one thing we all dreaded has been confirmed straight from the horses mouth. Mannie Fresh, will not be a part of the new 'Big Tymers' album, which will feature Birdman, Lil Wayne, and Drake.
We all miss Cash Money Records when it was backed by the sounds of super producer Mannie Fresh, but in a recent interview with MTV News, Lil Wayne said there will be a new "Big Tymer's" album coming soon, but with Drake.
