Joshua Ledet

Joshua Ledet is still going strong.  He's on the road with 9 other American Idol contestants and performing to sold out crowds everywhere they go.

While it's been pretty quiet on the Joshua Ledet front since the "American Idol" finale, we know Josh himself has been pretty busy. The show's big summer tour started this weekend, and to promote it, each of the top finalists has their own CD out with highlights from the show, available only at Walmart nationwide.  In fact, Josh is actually featured on three CDs.

During the first half of 2012, the son of a preacher from Westlake, La., took us all to church every week on FOX's "American Idol," bringing soul, heart and an amazing talent to TV screens across the nation.  In the process, he earned some of the best reviews of any competitor on 'Idol' in ages.  He didn't take home the crown, but as it turns out, he didn't need it.  With a voice like Jo

We know we can't get enough of Joshua Ledet, and with the American Idol contestant being all over social media -- we don't have to! For the space of a week, the Lake Area was taken over by Joshua Ledet fever. On Saturday, May 12, Josh was in the Top 3 on American Idol, and was entitled to a homecoming concert in his hometown of Westlake. That morning, Gina Cook and Gary Shannon were lucky enough to get to interview Josh about his time on Idol and his plans for the future. It's a great look inside one of the entertainment industry's most compelling contest!

WEDNESDAY, MAY 30, 2012 -- the Pride of Louisiana, Joshua Ledet, will perform on Live! With Kelly" on KLFY.  Life is really beginning to change for Joshua -- in a good way, too.

Just in case you missed the Joshua Ledet and Fantasia performance on "American Idol," you know that I got it for you here. I am sure there will be a duet in the works pretty soon between these two!
