The Cary Chavis Agency has been known to be a beacon in the community and always lends a helping hand for those in need. This Sunday, he is giving everyone a chance to meet the candidates in the Lake Charles Mayoral race.

It all goes down this Sunday February 28 as we put a close to Black History Month with an astonishing three African Americans running in this year's race. The candidates are Sean Ardoin, Jesse Bernard, Mayor Nic Hunter, and Joshua Lewis. The event will be held at the Sound of Worship Center 1200 N MLK Highway Suite 300. This event will be hosted virtually with a limited audience of influencers and small business owners including Dominique Darbonne, Rev. Shontill Mcnabb, Charlie Draughter Jr, Zita Andrus, and Cary Chavis.

While there will be several topics of discussion for the candidates, one of the main points of the debate will be the long-term effects on Small Businesses. If you are planning on attending, please be advised the CDC mandates will be upheld to prevent the spread of COVID-19. This will include temperature checks and social distancing.
