Fans, Alumni, friends and family come together come together in New Orleans for a celebration of football, traditions and pageantry surrounding Historic Grambling and Southern Universities.  It's one of the biggest events to happen in Louisiana.  Last year, the two schools split $1.32 million in proceeds from a series of Bayou Classic events. These proceeds are put to good use providing support to the campuses’ athletic programs and scholarship funds through the SU System Foundation and the GSU Foundation.
