According to 36-year-old stripper Donna McIntosh-Inoe, she took a picture of Trey with her cell phone in the VIP section of Club Perfection in Queens, New York where he was celebrating the release of his album "Chapter V".  McIntosh-Inoe said, “He chucked a wad of cash at me.  I didn’t even know I had a bruise on my face until after I left the club.  “I had to walk around a whole week with a black eye.”

According to McIntosh-Inoe, Trey grabbed her phone and tried to delete the picture, but couldn’t figure out how to work her phone, so he threw the cash at her.   With that, she told the daily news, “Everyone else was taking a picture.  The difference for me and the other girls is that they were naked and I had clothes on.”  She added,“It was insulting that he just threw something.  He was verbally disrespectful as well. . . . He embarrassed me in front of everyone in the club.”

Believe it or not, she claims she felt so disrespected, that she didn’t pick up the money and pressed charges instead.  For more info on Treys charges, listen to Tha Wire below.
