On June 27th, 1996 DJ Screw assembled a group of some of the hottest emcees on the microphone to record what would forever be entrenched in history of hip hop. While those who are unaware think that "June 27th" is the birth date of Screw or even the day he passed away.

The significance of June 27th is simply the recording of one of the most popular songs in Houston hip hop. It features everyone from Big Moe, Key-C, Yungstar, Big Pokey, DeMo, Haircut Joe and Kay-Luv. Even after twenty years, this is still the song that gets the club excited and many station in the south play on this particular day.
