Today in Tha Wire, it's another day and another dollar in Hollywood. Unless you're singer/actor Tyrese, and got beef with your movie co-stars. The star is allegedly furious (no pun intended) with his boy, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. He was supposedly already feeling some type of way, because the former wrestler was given his own spin-off.  HipHollywood reported last week that The Rock scored a major movie deal based on his character in The Furious and The Furious movie franchise, Officer Luke Hobbs.

First, Black Tye posted a reaction pic his old friend put up in September. Apparently, he read something we didn't, then re-posted the pic on his page with a rather strong message pertaining to the #Hobbs movie. A couple of days after that, he posted an extremely long statement, basically telling The Rock not to delay the 'F9' release. Oh, not to mention getting more and more frustrated, because Dwayne keeps ignoring him.Peep the posts below:

Obviously, Tye is getting increasingly pissed that The Rock won't call him back, so he continues to taunt the star on social media. It's pretty doubtful that The Rock could tell producers/directors or any Furious execs, when and how they can put out movies. Plus, the former WWE star would be an idiot to pass up a starring role and his own movie. Yet, you kinda get the feeling that's why Tyrese is calling him out. Maybe they discussed something to that effect, and that's why he's putting him on blast.

Up until recently, The Rock didn't respond (at least publicly) to anything Tyrese said. He was obviously trying to avoid an epic fall out, for the sake of his fans.  It looks like he tried to reach out to the singer as well, but Tye wasn't having no emails. He wanted a phone call!

It’s unclear what, exactly, Tyrese and Dwayne discussed regarding the Hobbs Movie prior to all this drama. Yet, from what the singer seems to be suggesting, The Rock betrayed him in some way by agreeing to do the movie. What's crazy is there is no static coming from any other cast members.

Yesterday, Tye was blasting Dwayne again. This time, he was taking jabs at the star for dissing his 2015 album, "Black Rose".

Come on, Tye. You know The Rock was kidding. He started to laugh when he walked off. I'm not buying this so-called beef. Personally, I think it's movie hype for the Hobbs flick and F9 sequel. If that turns out to be the case, I ain't mad about it, either. At the end of the day, it's all about making money. The Rock's spin-off is just another way to do that. I'm still holding out hope this is all movie hype, and they'll let us in on the joke before long. If not, things are going to get worse. A lot worse.

TMZ ran into the singer/actor recently, and asked what he was really mad about.

See what he had to say in the video below.

To which The Rock responded!

Like I said, I hope this is all movie hype. I'll keep you posted on any further details on this story. As always, get the scoop on the best in entertainment every weekday with Tha Wire, on The People's Station 107 Jamz.
