Today in Tha Wire an update on Keyshia Cole's arrest & details about her victim revealed, plus Jamie Foxx dropped his new single last week & now he being sued.

R&B diva Keyshia Cole made the news last Friday (September 19) after allegedly attacking a woman at Cash Money mogul Bryan “Baby” Williams crib.  Sohh.com reports the singer spent a few hours in a California jail, before posting bail for $46, 000.  Apparently, Keyshia and Baby are or were seeing one another, and shortly after arriving at his condo in West L.A., she seen another woman and went postal.

According to reports Keyshia showed up at baby’s crib around 5 AM and his security gave her clearance to enter his house. Sources told TMZ shortly after she walked in, she seen a woman coming out of the bathroom and immediately attacked her screaming, “What are you doing with my man?!” As it turns out, the woman Sabrina Mercadel, wasn’t Baby’s side piece..... she was a Cash Money employee.  TMZ reports Sabrina wasn’t in the penthouse with Baby alone either, there were 4 other people in the home as well.  On top of that, Sabrina has been working for Cash Money for more than 10 years.

Finally, after a four year hiatus Jamie Foxx is back with a banging new single produced by DJ Mustard , “Party Ain’t A Party,” featuring 2 ChainzPulling its title from the 1997 Queen Pen throwback, the track was released about a week ago and now an up-n-comin singer is suing the 46-year old actor/comedian/singer.  Chainz and Mustard were also named in the lawsuit and they're all being sued for theft.
