Yung Joc’s Wife Files For Divorce & Tracy Morgan Sues Walmart – Tha Wire [VIDEO]

Tracy Morgan speaks to the press for the first time since his accident and files suit against Walmart.  Plus, Young Joc's about to be single for real as his wife files for divorce.

The New York Daily News reports Monday (July 14th), Tracy Morgan spoke briefly about the accident that left him and three others critically injured and killed his friend and mentor comedian James “Jimmy Mack” McNair.

As previously reported the actor/comedian was injured pretty bad in an accident on the New Jersey Turnpike on June 7th after a Wal-Mart truck rammed into the back of his limo bus.  The driver, 35 year old Kevin Roper, admitted to driving the semi for more than 24 hours at the time of the accident.  He’s being accused of falling asleep at the wheel and has been charged with death by auto and assault by auto.  Roper insists he didn’t fall asleep and has pled not guilty to the charges.  In the meantime, Walmart is trying to put out the fire saying Roper was driving within the hours permitted by federal guidelines.

As no surprise the star filed a lawsuit last Thursday against Wal-Mart claiming criminal negligence:

As a result of Wal-Mart’s gross, reckless, willful, wanton, and intentional conduct, it should be appropriately punished with the imposition of punitive damages.

Wal-Mart reps haven't addressed the impending lawsuit.  Kevin Roper appeared in court recently to answer to his charges here's how that went down.
