50 Cent Suing Auto Company Over Instagram Post

50 Cent is a man about his business, and what he asks for he expects to get exactly that. A custom auto shop didn’t deliver on their agreement, and now they’re being sued.

According to TMZ, 50 is suing Phenomenal Vinyl, Rim Source Motorsports, and Forgiato for using images of him and his car, and tagging him in the picture making it seem as if he was endorsing the three companies. The Power actor gave clear instructions “to NOT post any photos or images of him,” said the gossip site.

All three companies are now being sued for trademark infringement, and for holding a overpriced set of $31,000 rims out of “retaliation.”

They should have known better than to play with 50 Cent when it comes to business.
