Chance The Rapper and Future are collaborating on new music, but the two almost linked up for the hit single "No Problem." In an interview with Chicago's Power 92, Chance revealed that he originally planned to get Future on the popular track.

"I thought about getting Future on the record for a long time,” Chance said. “Never got [him]. I don’t know why, but I never sent it to Future. But, I remember hearing a rumor that Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz were gonna put out a project. And as soon as I heard that I was like, ‘Well, I got this Wayne verse. I need 2 Chainz on it.’ And it all came together perfectly. They dropped their first album together like I think two months before the single came out.”

The missed opportunity was for the best as "No Problem" became a smash hit without the help of the Future. Chance has been reveling in his triumphant run, which recently saw him take home multiple awards at the 2017 Grammys. The Chicago MC has the next two months to enjoy the spoils of success before heading back on the road in April. Check out the dates for Chance's upcoming tour below.
