Check Out Rare Behind the Scenes Rehearsal Footage From the 1995 Film “Friday”

This week (April 26, 2015), marks 20 years since the release of the 1995 F. Gary Gray directed box office hit “Friday,” starring Ice Cube, Chris Tucker, and Dj Pooh, John Witherspoon, and more. In celebration of the classic comedy, rare behind the scenes footage of their rehearsals were released.

Here’s a fun fact about “Friday,” not only did Ice Cube and Dj Pooh star in Friday, but they also wrote the film. It was F. Gary Gray’s first debut as a film director, he started out as music video producer.
