Chicago rapper by the name of Young QC has got to be one of the dumbest rappers in the world. The imagery that alot of the young kids see right now is girls, bling , alcohol and money. Well Young QC, goverment name Qawmane Wilson decided that he didn't have enough of the latter and decided to have his own mother killed to inherit insurance money and other ammenities to floss on Instagram.
