UPDATE : District C Issues & Concerns Residents of the District C in Lake Charles come be a part of an open discussion about making your community better this Saturday at 5 p.m. Starlight Baptist Church, located at 1523 4th Ave Town Hall Meeting
Area residents, especially those living within the District C in Lake Charles, are cordially invited and encouraged to attend the area's first Issues & Concerns Town Hall. The meeting is being sponsored by, Eric Doshier, a lifelong resident of Lake Charles and District C. Join the discussion this Saturday (January 7th, 2017) at Starlight Baptist Church, located at 1523 4th Ave. Parking is the rear of the church and the event will take place from 5 .p.m. to 7 .p.m. Refreshments will be served.
This is an opportunity for citizens, friends and neighbors to freely discuss changes or improvements, they would like to see take place within the area. District C is a vital and thriving section of Lake Charles, and it's important that this community and it's surrounding businesses remain that way. Most of the residents within the district are hardworking, homeowners and deserve to live in neighborhoods that are safe and properly maintained.
No one what's to live in a rundown neighborhood or crime ridden community. If you are a District C resident and want things like the drainage problems and flooding addressed, roadway potholes fixed, street lighting replace and trees properly trimmed, come out to address your issues. If you care about your property value and the condition of the community of which you live, this is a meeting for you to voice your concerns.
