Hip Hop legend DMX has recently filed for bankruptcy yesterday (July 29th).  However, the 42 year says the bankruptcy was to solve restrictions he’s had on obtaining a passport.

X’s publicist Domenick Nati released a statement saying, the rapper financial issues had been inhibiting his career for several years. To make things worse, his poor money management prior to hiring an accountant didn't help and basically caused him to be ineligible to retain a passport.

Bottom line, anyone filing bankruptcy is trying to reorganize their finances and that’s exactly what DMX is trying to do.  Speaking of which, X is gearing up for a big tour this Fall. Get the skinny on that below and listen to Tha Wire.

Finally, two video models featured in Tyga’s music video, “Make it Nasty” filed a lawsuit against him.  The YMCMB rapper is being sued for $20 million according reports by TMZ. The video vixens behind the suit are Elizabeth Velasquez and Azia Davies and claim that their breasts were exposed in the clip without their consent.  Here's a look at the video. WARNING EXPLICIT!
