DMX Saves Home of Ex-Wife From Foreclosure

According to AllHipHop, rapper DMX saved the home of his ex-wife, Tashera Simmons, from foreclosure. The Mt. Kisko, New York home was purchased by X back in 2000 for $649,000, according to egal documents posted online by The Jasmine Brand. Tashera also shares the home with their four children.

In legal documents posted online by The Jasmine Brand, indicate DMX paid a total of $258,927.87 of which was owed on the home. The mortgage has been unpaid for approximately four years.

Good to see DMX in the news for something more than him getting in trouble, or for substance abuse. I pray he’s taking the steps in his life to improve the relationship with his family. I’m always rooting for him!
