Don’t Miss The Beach Sweep 2015 Event Going On This Weekend [PHOTO]

This Saturday September 19th, the City Of Lake Charles and Keep Greater Lake Charles Beautiful Team Green are doing it again. I was always raised that you have to sweep around your own front door before you can clean someone else's front door.

And this weekend you have your opportunity to help keep Lake Charles clean.Kicking off at 8 am, there will be a trash collection at the SWLA Waterways and wrapping things up around 11 with an Awards presentation to include refreshments on the civic center grounds. This has always been a huge event and citizens from all over the city come out and support and play a part in helping clean up certain areas.
