In other news congrats to Kanye West and Kim Kardashian, in case you haven’t heard the happy couple welcomed a baby girl Saturday morning.  No word on her name just yet, but TMZ is reporting she’s health in spite of coming five weeks early.

In more news, Flavor Flav has had a rough few months, from being arrested for domestic violence to starring down possible jail time for endangering a minor and other serious charges.  Now, he’s got more drama to deal with beings he’s been slapped with an eviction notice.  According to TMZ, Flav’s Chicken & Ribs restaurant in Sterling Heights, MI has been ordered to leave or close its doors for failing to pay rent since it opened in December of 2012.  The rent, late fees and damages total $25,000.  If he doesn’t pay, this will be the third restaurant the rapper will have to close, as his Vegas and Iowa stores have already bit the dust.

I have a feeling the rapper wont have any problems paying the rent being that he's currently on tour.  Get more details about that and who's on the line-up with Tha Wire below.

Finally, Chris Brown is gearing up to drop his long-awaited single/video, "They Don't Know."  Not only does the song borrow from unreleased Aaliyah vocals, but as the name implies it also samples Jon B.'s 1998 classic.  Here's a sneak peak of what you can expect.

So you'll know, the song is very important because it’s the official launch of Chris’ Unity Campaign, which basically encourages “all races, genders, sexes, (everyone) gay or straight to love each other!"

Breezy's campaign mission statement was further explained in a series of tweets on he sent out on his timeline: "As a young inspiration to all types of people around the world, I have a moral obligation to let go of grudges or bs." And "Artists worry about their brand. I worry about supporting my family!"

Up until now, Chris Brown has been unable to shake his bad boy image.  However, this new single could possibly be the beginning of a different public image for Breezy.  Listen Tha Wire to find out when Chris plans to drop his new album and get more details from all of today's stories now.  Press play to hear Tha Wire:
