Golden State Warriors Draymond Green was arrested on Sunday in East Lansing, Michigan for assault.

The incident happened at a restaurant, Conrad’s Grill, where the NBA forward assaulted the male victim, according to ESPN. East Lansing police also told the sports news source,

"It was basically an altercation between two guys," police said. "There's no injuries. He was released with a $200 bond on Sunday."

Police also went on to add that they were not called out, but that it was a "part of their normal patrol.” Also, the level of assault on the male victim was not specified.

The Warriors have since released this statement: "At this point, we are collecting information and will have no further comment until we have a better understanding of the situation.”

Green's arraignment is set for July 20. He could face up to 93 days in jail and a $500 fine, if convicted. He’s also set to hit the hard wood for the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, for team USA.
