Don’t Forget Early Voting For November 4th Election Is October 21st – 28th

There is POWER in your vote, exercise that power in the November 4th election.  Early voting is Oct. 21-28, 8:30 AM to 6 PM at the registrar of voters office.

The minority vote has become the most powerful vote of our time.  The election and re-election of the first African American, President Barack Obama, is the undeniable proof of that.  The scales aren't even when it comes to the have and the have-nots just yet, BUT they will be if WE continue to register and vote in EVERY election.  Things will change, because together we are the very essence of that change.  YOU HIRE AND FIRE EVERY ELECTED OFFICIAL IN WASHINGTON, YOUR STATE AND CITY.

Now that's power!!!!!

All you have to do is vote.  It's that simple.  The November 4th election is quickly approaching and it's a very important election for the poor and middle class voters.  There are 14 amendments on the ballot that will effect your healthcare, children's schooling, senior and veterans assisted living and much more.  We can not afford to stay at home.

BEFORE you go to the polls, it’s always good to read over all the amendments and print out your sample ballet.  Contact the Calcasieu Parish Voter Of Registrars office for more info regarding absentee voting, new voter identification cards, polling locations and times and more.  Beat the crowds, early voting  is Oct. 21-28 (except Sunday). Early voting hours are 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and will take place at the registrar of voters office in each parish.

MAKE NO MISTAKE.......THERE ARE SOME PEOPLE HOPING YOU STAY HOME. DON'T PROVE THEM RIGHT.  SOME DON'T CONSIDER YOU WHEN THEY TAKE THEIR POLLS OR SURVEYS.  LET THEM KNOW YOU COUNT.

TRUST ME, YOU WILL GET THEIR ATTENTION AND RESPECT WHEN YOU COME OUT AND VOTE!  THERE IS POWER IN YOUR VOTE AND STRENGTH IN NUMBERS!!!  PLEASE VOTE IN THE NOVEMBER 4TH ELECTION.
