There are certainly a lot of modern-day queens in soul and R&B music, and if you didn't mention Erykah Badu among them, you'd be making a colossal mistake.

Today (May 3), the singer announced the dates for her new Badu vs Everythang tour, where she'll be hitting several countries and a lot of cities in the United States. The tour will first get under way at the Funk Fest in Birmingham, Ala. on May 6, where Erykah will join her extended family the Goodie Mob, who'll also be playing a set.

Next, she'll head to Atlanta on May 19 for another Funk Fest concert, then Houston on May 27, then after that New Orleans on May 28. From there, the beloved songstress will cross the pond to play London, where she'll be celebrating the 20th anniversary of her debut LP Baduizm. And she'll also be visiting other European cities like Switzerland, Copenhagen and Finland before heading back to the States.

Unfortunately, tickets for the tour haven't been released yet, but you can purchase some for the Funk Fest dates here. You can also see the full tour schedule above.
