Houston, Texas -- Sad news out of H-Town, rapper Mr. 3-2 has died.

According to Houston’s ABC13, it’s currently unknown who shot a man in the back of the head at a southwest Houston gas station on Thursday, November 11. The victim being Christopher Barriere, known as Mr. 3-2 to his fans.

Barriere is an original member of the Screwed Up Click, and has worked with the likes of 8 Ball & MJG, UGK, South Park Mexican, Snoop Dogg, and Too Short. Most notably is his feature on UGK’s “One Day,” from their 1996 album Ridin’ Dirty.


The suspect reportedly drove away and returned to shot a second victim in the face.

Police are currently checking surveillance video to track down the suspect, said ABC13. Read more here.

Rappers E.S.G., Lil Keke, Slim Thug, and Snoop Dogg have all since taken to Instagram to pay homage to the slain rapper.
