Imperial Calcasieu Museum Announces Opening Dates and Upcoming Events and Exhibits

Imperial Calcasieu Museum located 204 W. Sallier St is preparing to reopen this Thursday, August 26. The opening reception for Pamela Quarles- Adams Louisiana Wildlife Art Exhibit in the Gibson- Barham Gallery from 5:30 to 8:30 pm.The exhibit will run through September 26 and the opening reception is free to the public.

Beginning this Friday, August. 27 the museum hours will be Wednesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Admission will be $5 for adults, $3 for kids, and $2 for seniors. There will be something for everyone and Masks are required in order to enter.

There will be plenty of events that you would want to take part in including the Branch Out Summer Art Camp 2021 Children's Exhibit, the Koasati- Ko- Yomahka Our Coushatta Ways Exhibit and more. Whether you are having a date night or an evening with the kids, you should make sure that you come out for some great local fun and very reasonable prices.
