Jay-Z’s Roc Nation/NFL Launch The Inspire Change Initiative
There has been shade and whole lotta chatter about Jay Z and his partnership/ownership with the NFL. Looks like the rap legend is already using his platform to make a difference with a new initiative. Roc Nation/NFL, in conjunction with the Players Coalition plan and several music stars will be donating hundreds of thousands to at least two at-risk youth/family centers in every NFL city throughout the 2019 season.
AllHipHop points most naysayers think Hov is only out to line his pockets, fueling the false narrative that the rap mogul isn't interested in making positive change. Looks like Mr. Carter is making power moves that'll stomp out that smoke through the Inspire Change Initiative. According to reports Chicago will be the first city to receive $800,000 in donations to help at-risk children.
TMZ reports artists and athletes working to with Hov's Roc Nation/NFL alliance are set to visit Chicago's Better Boys Foundation (BBF) Family Services this Wednesday. Meek Mill and songstress Meghan Trainor are scheduled to stop by the youth boxing gym Crusher's Club on Thursday. Meek and Meghan, will be joined by Rapsody to do a free pregame performance as part of the "NFL Kickoff Experience" at Chicago's Grant Park. The event will take place Sept. 5, 2019 as the Chicago Bears take on the Green Bay Packers airing on bothe the NFL Network and NBC.

This partnership is an opportunity to strengthen the fabric of communities across America.” In addition, Roc Nation/NFL are launching the Inspire Change apparel and Songs of the Season, with all the proceeds from the music going directly back to fund the Inspire Change programs.
