Juelz Santana will be allowed to live with longtime girlfriend and Love & Hip Hop cast member Kimbella while he awaits his sentence for gun charges stemming from an incident in March.

Previously ordered to stay on house arrest at his mother's New Jersey home, the Dipset rapper's condition of release has been modified to permit him moving back in with his two children and their mother, according to a Sept. 5 report from The Blast.

The "There It Go" artist was arrested in March after security discovered a gun and oxycodone pills in his luggage at Newark Liberty International Airport. Juelz fled the scene but turned himself in days later. He ultimately pleaded guilty to one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and one count of carrying a firearm on an airplane.

Juelz was placed on house arrest months ago after posting a $500,000 bond but was allowed to participate in this summer's Dipset Forever Tour under the conditions that he wear an ankle monitor and travel with his mother.

Under the new terms of his release, the Harlem rapper will no longer be required to undergo drug testing but still must complete anger management and domestic violence training, The Blast reports. Santana was sentenced in 2013 to two years probation after pleading guilty to one count of threatening a neighbor who tried to intervene after allegedly witnessing him assault Kimbella.

The Associated Press reported on Aug. 16 that Santana's sentencing date for his current case was set for Dec. 12. He faces up to 20 years in federal prison.
